HEALTH PROMOTION
With the rate of obesity skyrocketing and soon to become our Nation’s number one cause of preventable death in the US, we believe our efforts to promote health and well being can play a part in preventing or reducing the effects of many preventable illnesses.
BENEFITS
Telex Communications offers comprehensive health and welfare benefits.
Health: includes vision, wellness and preventative care visits as well as prescription drug coverage and a flexible spending account to help you cover expenses related to child care or out of pocket medical expenses.
Dental: includes two free cleanings per 12 month period, and very competitive premiums.
Life Insurance: Leave the worrying up to us. Telex Communications offers each employee life insurance coverage, at no cost, of two times your annual salary. Additionally, the company offers Accidental Death. Long Term and Short Term Disability Insurance.
Time Off: Telex Communications offers our employees eight paid holidays. In addition, you can choose up to two other days, or Floating Holidays, during the year. Employees begin earning three weeks of vacation the first year of employment.
Retirement Savings Plan: Employees are encouraged to participate in the Company’s 401(k) plan. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the plan, and the company match of 50% up to 6% begins immediately.

COMPENSATION
Telex Communications’ pay philosophy is designed to establish and maintain pay levels that will attract, retain and motivate the high-caliber work force necessary for the continued success of our company. Telex Communications values individual contributions. We do this by recognizing and rewarding employees for outstanding contributions. We have a reward and recognition program that is flexible and easy for managers to use, and rewards employees with what is most meaningful to them.
Our Total Compensation Package typically consists of elements such as annual base salary, and for sales and management positions, incentives or bonuses. An Employee’s base salary is set to meet market conditions, the demands of the job and individual competence and performance.
We have an established a “pay for performance” system to reward employees for their overall performance and contributions toward achieving Telex Communications’ goals. This coincides with our performance review process, which is a comprehensive look back at accomplishments as well as areas for improvement. Managers are encouraged to reward outstanding performance with outstanding merit increases.
